This bespoke machine designed for one of our customers has recently been shipped. At 1.2m by 6m, this galvanized steel feeder complete with hopper will be processing shredded car trim to be recycled.

We’ve manufactured a pair of 1.3m x 3.2m screens which have been tested and now ready to ship. Fitted with polyurethane decks and oscillation mounts, these units will be dewatering, a process which will remove excess water, from the infeed material.

Fully complete and tested, this unit is now ready to be placed into the customers wash plant. At 1.5m x 3.7m, this unit comes complete with polyurethane deck and spray bars on both decks. The duty of this machine will be washing materials through the decks and dewatering.

Recently completed, this side tensioned screen with left side discharge has been shipped off to one of our customers. Being a fully bespoke design, this unit was made to fit into customers’ existing steelwork.

Recently completed we have shipped out a P-screen complete with a spreader feeder working in unison to classify material through 3 woven wire meshes’. Spreading material to the full width of the P-screen, material is then split into 3 separate fraction sizes for customers requirements.

Recently completed, we are ready to ship this vibratory feeder. Finished in a lovely powder coated blue, the unit comes fitted with greedy boards, wear resistant liners and out of balance vibrators.

We’ve just shipped 2 new integrated hopper vibratory feeders handling limestone fed from a hopper. With limestone being a high wear material, the units have been fully lined using wear plates with the body galvanised to withstand harsh weather conditions. 

Recently completed and shipped is this tubular conveyor. Excited with out of balance motors, this stainless-steel tube comes fitted with 4 ports to aid cleaning and inspection. Easily configurable, If you have any similar processing requirements, please get in touch.

Fully tested and ready for shipment, this elliptical vibratory feeder is fitted with a polyurethane Flip-Flow deck. This unit is designed for use in the recycling industry for separating small non-essential items from household waste prior to waste identification.
